Living in Santa Fe.

We have been enjoying Santa Fe so far. It's been a week since we officially have moved and lived in our house. Today I was able to park my car in the garage for the first time. Mike has been very busy with work, but he's enjoying it quite a bit.

Church was great, and we had been here before so we had an idea of what to expect. The temperature has been wonderfully warm, Isaac has played in the back yard the whole time we've been here. Soon we will post pictures of our new abode and of the town.

Ps: Thanks to everyone for all the support on the last post. I need to call some of you. I really appreciate the love, and Isaac does too!

    hi renatha :)

i have the 40d + 28-135mm lens [it's what came with it] but i recommend just buying the body + getting a nicer lens. i'm saving for one right now because the 28-135 is ok, but i'm not getting the crispness i want + it's not really designed for portrait photography, which is what i mostly do.

there's not really a whole lot that's different between the 30d + 40d besides the autoomatic sensor cleaner... and well, i don't really know. i kind of wish i would have saved my money + just went with the 30d for a while and bought a really nice lens.

we are LOVING saratoga :) it's so quiet out here + every day i find myself just staring out the windows at the awesome views!

i laughed when i read that you could finally park in the garage :) i was just telling joe that i can't wait to be able to do that!

i'm going to add you to my links as well.

  2. Ren,

I'm glad everything is going well down in Santa Fe. I'm curious to go there and see what the city looks like, just because of what you and your mom have said. Life is being really tough here in Rexburg, but I guess it's how it's supposed to be. Are you keeping the same phone number? Let me know. May the Lord bless you all. Miss you tons.
